First contact with another operative

After returning home from Starbucks for a bit of a going-away get together for my brother, I recieved an IM from someone going under the screen name of GEToutOFyourMIND. The person addressed themselves as Jason Tremonti, who's name I recognized from researching Neurocam, in a blog. We began discussing things and, of course, the conversation turned to the meaning behind Neurocam. Tremonti's response was a bit different from some that I have read. He stated that it was an evolutionary experience.

Suddenly, I just started to write. This is exactly what I wrote:
Something could be in store for us that we haven't the slightest idea of what it is. Maybe we are beginning some kind of revolution. Maybe we are the ones who are going to destroy the world, just to see if we can piece it back together again. We're the kids with the magnifying glass and his father's radio who dismantles it to see how it works, then tries his best to reassemble it. It works fine, but will it ever be the same?

I myself was shocked at the words I had just wrote. I guess something just kind of hit me. The only thing that scares me is this:
Am I right?
